A Summer Wedding at Gerry Ranch in Camarillo

Meghan and Ryan are a perfect match, and they couldn’t have picked a better day to get married. A summer wedding at Gerry Ranch in Camarillo, surrounded by fruit trees and avocado orchards. Ventura County perfection, and a beautiful start to their life with each other.

I was lucky enough to work with Meaghan and Ryan throughout their engagement, for their engagement party at The Stonehaus, then again at Meghan’s gorgeous bridal shower at the Sherwood Country Club in Westlake Village. Felt really fun to document this huge time in their life, then to photograph their nuptials later in the year at Gerry Ranch.

They chose to stay traditional and not do a first look, but added their own twist (which I loved!). They hid from one another and read each other love notes that they wrote to each other. Needless to say, I teared up. So sweet!

Following their loved filled ceremony we zipped off to the orchards for their romantic portraits, which were taken both digitally and on film. I love how they turned out! So much love, whimsy and tenderness. Love that Gerry Ranch has so many photo location opportunities.

They danced the night away, and ended the evening with a magical guest lined sparkler exit.

I say it all the time, but I truly have the best job.
